Our client, a leading supplier who is recognised as a provider of expert advice, services and solutions is looking to recruit a Telephone Sales Executive in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk.
You will be required to help customers identify their needs whilst taking enquiries and converting them into profitable sales.
Key responsibilties will include:
• Making regular and scheduled outbound customer contact
• Identifying and acting on sales opportunitites
• Building firm relationships with customers
• Recording and monitoring your call activity on a daily basis
• Supporting and participating in sales promotions
• Identifying areas of potential within the exisiting customer base
• Managing a diary of customer contact to ensure coverage of your own customer base
• Production of your own sales reports
You will be tenacious and have an excellent telephone manner having previously worked in a similar telephone based sales position. You will have an excellent understanding of sales techniques, in particular overcoming objections and closing the sale. You will have excellent communication and organisation skills with the ability to deliver excellent customer service.
