Commercial Project Developer and Co-ordinator
Haverhill, Suffolk
Our client in the manufacturing industry is recruiting for a Commercial Project Development / Projects Co-ordinator at their site in Haverhill in Suffolk. You will be required to support local, global and regional activities along with Global and Regional account managers.
You will be required to provide the highest level of customer service support for key global customer accounts.
Key responsibilities will include:
• Deal with customer enquiries relating to samples, pricing, documentation and trial productions.
• Project planning coordination and communication involving team members to meet agreed dead lines
• Responsible for the maintenance of opportunities, projects, submissions and prices database
• Maintenance of business warehouse based reports
• Managing global account intranet site
• Monitoring, analyzing and sharing information
• Providing necessary assistance in project management, information maintenance and reporting to Managers to optimising sales growth
• Preparation of presentations
• Dealing with order complaints and communicating to the Account Managers
You will be educated to degree level or equivalent, or have previous experience of working in a pressurised, pro-active customer-orientated industry. You will have strong communication skills with an ability of working to tight deadlines and on fast paced projects. You will enjoy working in a professional and hard working team. Knowledge of SAP / ERP would be advantageous, but not essential as well as an additional language.
