Experienced Estate Agent- Sales Negotiator

Our client, a well-known estate agency group, is looking for an experienced Lister/Negotiator to join their committed team in Diss and Eye, Suffolk in an exciting job opportunity. The right candidate will be looking at the opportunity to progress as the company expands further.

If you have experience as a Lister, Valuer, Negotiator, Assistant Manager or Manager within an estate agency or lettings agency then this could be an exciting job opportunity for you.

My client is looking for eager, articulate, enthusiastic, staff of the highest calibre to join their team of estate agents in Diss and Eye , Suffolk, with a list of tasks as follows:

· Self-generation of valuations

· Winning of financial sales appointments and conveyancing sign ups

· Targeted performance on sales sign ups

In return they will offer a generous basic salary with substantial commission, with the opportunity to develop and grow within the business, as they are keen to promote internally and have a proven background of doing so.

This will be an extremely rewarding role with an established estate agency in Suffolk for the right candidate; you will be given further in house training but will be expected to be able to hit the ground running having worked in an estate agency in Suffolk. You must have a clean driving licence to apply for this estate agents job.
