Are you interested in an exciting job opportunity as a Account Manager in Essex?
My client, a leading distributor and supplier is looking for an internal account manager to manage and grow a portfolio of established and new clients
Key Responsibilities include:
· Ability to communicate at all levels
· Responsible for planning and driving own campaigns through phone, email and web based promotions
· Ability to identify sales opportunities as well as close sales
· Working to targets and KPI’s
· Work closely with procurement to identify other products we can sell in to customers, based on their business type
· Able to plan the type of calls you will need to make to individual customers and when, based on spend history, current orders
· Analyse customer and manage accordingly
· Organise and diarise customer contacts
· Maintain existing customer base
· Identify possible leads from customers and forthcoming jobs
Attention to detail along with fast and accurate data input is essential. You will have a friendly and professional telephone manner and good customer service skills. Experience within a call centre environment is also a desirable attribute, but not essential. You will also have the ability to up sell and cross sell along with a desire to progress. You will be a team player and highly proactive.
