Contracts Administrator – 1 Year Fixed contract


Near Bury St Edmunds

 

This Company specialise in energy efficiency solutions within the insulation and micro energy Industry working primarily for the general public.  As a small independent company the ability to work as part of a team is paramount as is your ability to multi task and prioritise.

 

Key Responsibilities will include:


· Booking survey visits and installation dates

· Checking available for work to be carried out and ensuring access and understanding of what is to be carried out

· Scheduling works to be carried out with engineers

· Producing appointment letters

· Liaising with customers

· Answering the telephone and dealing with queries

· Supporting team with other adhoc duties that need to be carried to work to ensure and maintain the smooth run of the department

 


You will need to demonstrate that you have some previous administration experience and can manage and prioritise a busy workload.  Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential combined with a ‘can do’ attitude and pro-active approach to you work.  A car is essential for this position based just outside of Bury St Edmunds.
