Our client in the property sector is recruiting for a proactive and motivated Sales Manager Business Development Manager to join their successful sales team, as part of a recent expansion.

You will work overseeing other experienced Sales Executives sourcing and building new business relationships, primarily by telephone, but also face-to-face in the future. You will work proactively, generating business development leads, and liaising and negotiating with vendors and clients to secure maximum sales revenue.

Your main responsibilities will include:

· Responsibility for the management of the Sales Department including setting weekly team targets and bonuses

· Ensuring that your personal sales targets are met

· Responsibility for online marketing revenue streams including Ebay

· Researching and developing new business opportunities

· Attending trade events to give presentations

· Setting up and booking all media activities

· Competitor activity

· Providing a high level of customer service and sales

· Ensuring all leads are followed up promptly and to fruition

You will have previous sales and business development experience, originating from a strong sales background, and able to demonstrate a proven track record in sales and business development. You will possess excellent negotiation and communication skills, accompanied by an ability to monitor and analyse targets and progress. You will also be motivated and energetic, and able to manage and motivate staff to achieve shared and individual goals.
