My client a vibrant and exciting company, based in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk are looking for a Sales Executive to join their growing team. This company is bucking the trend and enjoying huge success in the current climate.
This is an extremely important role as the company is an SME so your sales performance is vital. The telesales executive job would suit someone with at least 2 years experience in a telesales position. You will be appointment setting at a senior level within corporate businesses so must have the eloquence and perseverance to ensure you are speaking with the decision makers in these businesses.
You will be self motivated and excited about the chance for rapid career progression as in addition to being a telesales executive you will have the opportunity to attend client meetings in an area sales capacity.
To be successful in this sales job, you will be bright and articulate, and possess a high level of verbal dexterity & reasoning skills. Highly confident, you will have an inbuilt desire to be successful and demonstrate a high level of commitment. You must be able to display a track record of high achievement in appointment setting within the business environment and be used to making 80 - 100 calls per day.
This is an exciting and pivotal role, where the successful candidate will have the opportunity to shape their career within this growing business in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk with limitless earning potential as the commission is uncapped.
You will be responsible for calling prospective clients within the South East of England, creating interest through your telephone sales skills and subsequently booking appointments to visit these clients face to face.
In the future there will be an opportunity to attend these appointments and encourage potential clients to use the company’s services in a face-to-face sales capacity. You must be able to converse confidently and successfully with senior decision makers up to and including Finance Directors and Managing Directors and have had experience calling this level of client
Successful candidates will display the breadth of skills required to generate appointments from cold leads. Each "pitch" should follow a consultative approach, and therefore a background in service or solution sales rather than a specific product would be an advantage.
