Credit Controller
Bury St Edmunds
A leading wholesaler is recruiting for Credit Controller to work in their accounts department, providing support to the business at their Bury St Edmunds site.
Key responsibilities will include:
· Contacting clients by telephone to collect overdue invoiced payments
· Recording the results of contacts into a database
· Producing and dispatching copy invoices and statements of accounts
· Responding to queries from clients, regarding invoiced payments
You will have experience working in a busy credit control team, having worked in a similar role previously. You will be able to utilise your skills in negotiation, and will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be outgoing, polite and professional, with the ability to interact with both clients and colleagues on all levels. You will enjoy working individually, or as part of a team.
