Contracts Co-ordinator
Bury St Edmunds

 

A leading facilities management products manufacturer is recruiting for a Contracts Co-ordinator to organise the successful completion of their projects, working in a small team based at their Bury St Edmunds site.

 

Key responsibilities will include:
· Leading and managing all individual project folders through sales/winning team to track and ensure accurate and relevant information is collated and reported, in accordance to agreed Service Level Agreements
· Tracking, monitoring, and chasing individual project progress through all departments to ensure the Company meets it agreed timescales, advising and guiding all parties on remedial actions to be taken and monitoring progress to achieve successful execution
· Providing regular, accurate and informed feedback and reports to management to enable decision-making and the agreement of remedial actions, being responsible for instigating and driving through those actions through relevant departments, to successfully achieve project completion
· Monitoring outstanding actions on non-conformances related to projects, advise relevant parties so that remedial action is taken to chase projects through to completion
· Produce, update and maintain accurate and timely project schedules and plans to ensure full and accurate visibility of process
· Dealing with customer queries, internal and external; passing accurate, appropriate and complete information; and ensuring all pre- and post-project issues arising are dealt with efficiently and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction
· Being instrumental in contributing towards a positive team culture throughout the business, working co-operatively and collaboratively with all individuals in your own and other teams
· Conducting and proactively participating in regular team briefings to review problems, actions and improvements
· Adhering to and observing Company rules, health and safety policy, procedures and guidelines
· Being proactive in contributing towards improving and maintaining quality standards

 

You will be able to demonstrate your ability to work to strict time and accuracy standards, having previously worked in a similar role. You will possess excellent IT skills, accompanied by exceptional standards of customer service. You will be able to learn new skills and procedures quickly, and be able to practice them with efficiency and accuracy. You will be able to utilise your skills in teamwork to ensure completion of all tasks from start to finish, within a defined timescale.
