The Permanent Recruitment Service offers the pre-selection of individuals from the Compass Point database of over 10,000 job seekers. Our discipline-specialist Permanent Consultants meet with all candidates prior to presenting them to our clients. Our consultants manage the co-ordination of the recruitment process on behalf of the client and candidate, through to the successful placement of the vacancy.

Compass Point Recruitment services go further than just finding the right candidate for a position. Once an candidate has been placed within a temporary or contract assignment we remain in frequent contact throughout its duration. Following a permanent placement we remain in contact with both parties for the three-month probationary period. In our experience many candidates go through an adjustment period when joining a new company and we believe this continued communication can ease this transition.
