Production Manager with ref. J36260

Compass Point Recruitment is working with a successful local manufacturing business for a Production Manager to take the reins and lead their production process and team!

Your role would entail:
• Managing 15-20 production staff, conducting 1:1s and assisting with their workforce development
• Ensure health and safety compliance
• Managing their fleet of vans and trucks to get materials to install site.
• Ensuring staff always work within safe practices.
• Ensuring agreed quality levels are maintained.
• Liasing with Purchasing effectively to ensure material stock levels are maintained.
• Liasing with Install Manager & Project Managers to ensure components get to install site on time.

What we seek in you:
• Demonstrated experience in successfully leading production processes in a managerial capacity
• 3 years + experience in production management
• A commitment to continuous improvement and a proactive approach to identifying areas for enhancement.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to foster a collaborative team dynamic.
• Willingness to take ownership and responsibility for production outcomes.
• Proficiency in evaluating and implementing process improvements.
• A team-oriented mindset coupled with a strong work ethic and drive for success.
