We were formed in 1995 to offer full time, part time, permanent and temporary accountancy, sales and marketing, industrial and administration jobs working with employers and potential employees.
At Compass Point Recruitment we pride ourselves on up keeping our honest reputation and we make sure to build long term mutually rewarding partnerships with both clients and candidates, placing much of our focus on the selection process. For positions under a fixed term or temporary contract, we remain in frequent contact throughout its duration. The same goes with our permanent positions where we offer a 3 month probationary period on all jobs.
